Promoting Charities & Causes

Coming up with ideas and campaigns to raise the profile of  your charity or cause can be difficult in an already crowded market, so this is where we come in. We work with you to oversee the campaign and then use excellent contacts to place content in national and regional press, TV, magazine, radio and online.

A recent appeal for Barts Charity Transform Trauma Appeal saw coverage for six months in the Sunday Mirror, who we asked to back the appeal, and coverage on ITV This Morning, BBC Victoria Derbyshire plus magazines and radio.

We have also worked for many years as publicist for The National Bullying Helpline and eCrime action , getting high-profile celebrities on board to help raise awareness and running campaigns around National Bullying Week, to ensure it is the go-to place for all things related to bullying and bullying on social media.

We also work with homeless charity Evolve + Support on their ambassadors programme to help raise awareness of the charity in a very popular sector. If you have a campaign or appeal or would just like to raise awareness of your charity or cause please come and talk to us about our special charity rates.

TESTIMONIALSwhat our clients say

  • Exclusive Press & Publicity have provided us with professional PR support and expertise for over 5 years. During this period we have worked with Amanda Stocks on numerous media campaigns relating to bullying involving both adults and children. Amanda facilitated the introduction of our Ambassador, TV Celebrity Chelsee Healey and she worked closely with us through the launch of our anti-bullying song and media statements regarding our latest Ambassador, Actress and Journalist Debbie Arnold. Whenever a national bullying or harassment story hits the news due to bullying in TV reality programmes such as Celebrity Jungle and Big Brother - or in more serious life-changing cases involving children or employees, Amanda has assisted us with our responses to both national press and BBC radio. From a business perspective Amanda is a team player who has the skill and ability to grasp a situation quickly in order to meet those urgent, time critical, deadlines. She brings both clarity and calm to the table. Without doubt, Exclusive Press & Publicity have added value to our business and we recommend them to you wholeheartedly.

  • Barts Charity began working with Amanda in spring 2017 to launch our Transform Trauma Appeal. She negotiated the backing of a national newspaper, which saw us get brilliant coverage and awareness, and also teamed us up with ITV’s This Morning and BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire programme. Her connections with and knowledge of the media are excellent and she is providing ongoing support to both our fundraising and comms teams.
